Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. The cash-out feature allows partial or full returns on certain bets, though it is not available in all markets. Always review the odds and stake carefully before confirming a bet.
The minimum bet in any market is ৳50.
Maximum limits vary by market and event — they are displayed automatically on the bet slip.
A maximum of 15 selections can be added to an accumulator. Two selections from the same event cannot be placed in the same accumulator.
The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent changes in odds will not affect previously placed bets. Since odds change rapidly in live betting, the odds displayed on screen at the time of confirmation apply.
Jebuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and special tournament bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules below apply to all of them.
Wagering example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement, you must wager ৳5,000 before making a withdrawal.
If a member attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, share bonuses among a group, or exploit promotions through any other irregular means, Jebuzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any winnings.
Jebuzz is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
Using Jebuzz's payment system to launder illicit funds.
Placing bets by manipulating or having prior knowledge of a match's outcome.
Using automated programs to place bets or analyze odds.
Allowing someone else to use your account, or logging into another person's account.
Intentionally exploiting bugs or pricing errors in the system to place bets.
If any such activity is detected, Jebuzz reserves the right to void the relevant bets, suspend the account, and take legal action where necessary.
Jebuzz may close or suspend an account in two situations — at the member's own request, or due to a breach of the platform's rules.
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team, who will complete the process. Please withdraw any remaining valid funds from your wallet beforehand.
Accounts may be temporarily suspended due to rule violations, suspicious activity, or pending verification. If suspended, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Please note: Bonus funds in accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited. However, valid deposits and legitimate winnings are generally returned.
